What a great experience we had with the service department. While driving to Beaufort area on vacation, my Acura developed a loud and annoying noise coming from glove compartment area. This would happen only at higher speeds. I stopped in about 3PM and met Michael, a service writer. He listened to me, asked many questions to narrow down issue. This dealership is RACIST. My family purchased a used BMW convertible from them on 11/16/2024. The piece covering the hinge for the roof was broken on one side, I asked multiple reps making sure it’s not a mechanical issue and every single one assured me that it is not. Scheduled an 8:30am appointment for an alignment, balance and tire rotation. I was told it would take 1hr 20 minutes. At 10am, Brett made a service recommendation. 10:45am I checked to see if my vehicle was ready. Later informed it would be an additional hour before they were complete. I asked why. Informed it was very busy today. Not acceptable when I have a scheduled appointment. As of 11:28am I am still waiting!!😡😡

We’ve purchased three vehicles from Stokes over the past four or five years and have always been well pleased with the sales team. The service department is hit or miss though. Most recently I showed up for my 8:30 routine maintenance appointment and was essentially told to go home because I “wasn’t due for service yet”. The odometer was 248 miles from the mileage on the sticker and the reminder light had come on.
