I scheduled an online appointment for my vehicle to be serviced for Friday, August 12, 2026. I arrived before 1230 for the appointment. I presented a coupon for my oil change and was told that the wait time would be approximately two hours. An employee dropped me off at a nail salon approximately 1.5 away from the the dealer. I had to pay an Uber to return to the dealership because no one was available to pick me up.
