Had a wonderful experience with Rob Williams and everyone at Stokes of Beaufort! The fast response from my first information request (thank you Scarlett) to Rob's follow up thru the entire process and his help in explaining and helping me set up the car settings was wonderful. I have had less than positive experiences at other dealerships and kept waiting for it to happen here - but it didn't. The sales manager noticed my tension and took the time to answer my questions and put me at ease. Same for Jerry as we went through the documentation. From start to finish I would highly recommend this organization!
