Shout out to James Mitchell and the team at Stokes Beaufort for making an excellent car deal quick, and painless. I reached out to about a dozen dealers to source my wife’s new Odyssey, and not only did Stokes provide the best pricing, but they provided an excellent and low-pressure, no surprise experience all the way through the closing. Even though they didn’t have the exact unit I wanted in stock at the time I reached out, they sourced it in just a few days and had it ready and detailed for me when I had the time to stop in. After about 5 emails and 90 minutes at the dealer, everything was done. If every dealer worked like they did at Stokes Beaufort, the car buying experience wouldn’t be the process that most folks dread. I’m so grateful for James and the team, and should we ever need another Honda, I’ll avoid reaching out to the other 11 Honda dealers and go straight back here.

Best car buying experience of my life. I drove hours to this dealership, specifically to work with Steve Craciola. He gave me the best deal, most pleasant to work with, family like atmosphere at the facility. From beginning to end, it felt like a red carpet service! He made this experience so fun instead of stressful. He was very efficient and thorough and even has the coolest championship belt I got to take a picture with. It made it feel like such a fun event.
