Absolutely phenomenal service! I came in for new tires, and the entire process was seamless. My tires arrived the next day, and they had them installed and my alignment done in no time! They even checked for recalls on my Honda Odyssey and got me scheduled for a repair. Mike was an absolute doll! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sidney. We purchased our 2026 Honda Pilot from him in early September, and what started as simply looking for the perfect “mom car” turned into an experience I will never forget. I was 38 weeks pregnant when we bought our vehicle, and Sidney took the time to really listen to what I wanted. He found us exactly what I was looking for, down to the color and interior. The Pilot was supposed to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, but I unexpectedly went into labor on Monday. Our daughter was born and, due to complications, had to spend time in the NICU. Our vehicle arrived while we were in the NICU with our baby, and Sidney was incredibly understanding and compassionate throughout the entire situation. He worked with us so that our family could pick up the vehicle for us while we stayed with our daughter. When we eventually came back to drop off the title for our trade-in, he remembered us, remembered our names, remembered our story, and genuinely cared about how our baby was doing. Sidney went above and beyond what I ever expected from a car salesman. He personally walked us through everything we needed to know about our new Pilot, sent us a cake, and even checked in with us a few weeks later to make sure that I, the baby, and of course our new car were all doing well. I have never experienced this level of genuine care from someone during a car purchase. We never felt like just another sale to him. Even his manager came out when we stopped by and asked about our baby, which meant so much to us. I never imagined myself owning a Honda, but after this experience — and after seeing how much we love our Pilot — I may just be a Honda lifer! I will absolutely be looking Sidney up when it’s time for us to purchase our next vehicle.
