This gentleman made our purchase of a vehicle one of the best experiences ever, he doesn’t just try and push something on you but he gets you the best for you buck or whatever is within your limits. From the moment he greets you and shakes your hand you are going to know that you feel like Allstate( You are in good hands). His personality and the respect he shows and gives and not to mention the small class his gives you after your purchase so you will fully know how to operate your car is awesome. I got a recall notice about a week and a half ago in the mail. I went online to set up an appointment in the service department, but I got sidetracked. Moral of the story? Don’t ignore the recall notices, folks. My car stalled three different times that day, and once was while I was trying to pull out into traffic. Thankfully, the two Patricks in the service department literally saved the day. They happened to have the part in stock, they got me in immediately, and I was out within an hour. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were professional, fast, friendly, and answered every question I had. I’ll be returning to this dealership to buy my next Honda because of the way these two gentlemen took care of me. But honestly, that might not be for a while because Hondas are great cars lol. Stokes is lucky to have them, and I hope the owner realizes what a goldmine he’s sitting on. It’s not often that you find honest folks like this in the car business. These are the kinds of people who have customers for life.
I want to thank Roberto and Jerry for helping me get into my 2025 Civic Type R. They made the whole car buying process simple and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially if you’re looking for a Type R at MSRP!

What a great experience we had with the service department. While driving to Beaufort area on vacation, my Acura developed a loud and annoying noise coming from glove compartment area. This would happen only at higher speeds. I stopped in about 3PM and met Michael, a service writer. He listened to me, asked many questions to narrow down issue. As he was setting up an appointment, he saw Patrick, service manager & master mechanic, and called him over & explained what was going on with my car. Patrick said he had some ideas & went to my car, diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be simple but impossible to find by someone untrained & fixed it. I was overwhelmed by this dealership/service department. I can’t say enough about my experience plus Michael even gave us several recommendations for restaurants while we are in the area. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for quality service with old fashioned values.

This dealership is RACIST. My family purchased a used BMW convertible from them on 11/16/2024. The piece covering the hinge for the roof was broken on one side, I asked multiple reps making sure it’s not a mechanical issue and every single one assured me that it is not. A week after purchasing it, the other piece covering the other hinge broke the same way, it was very odd that it broke off on its own. I took the car to a BMW repair shop and they tell me it is in fact a mechanical problem and they need to replace the inner hinges as well. Our salesperson and I both signed a “We Owe, You Owe” contract including the fact that the first broken piece will be fixed and within 30 days of the purchase any other repairs (not at our fault) will be covered. I have been trying to reach them about this and they kept ignoring my calls and texts. Finally, yesterday my salesperson answered and I asked to speak to the sales manager John Fernandez. He started off by not even letting me speak and talking over me. I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude he was. Saying things like “Stop calling my office! Stop calling my phone!”, literally yelling at me. He didn’t let me even ask what I wanted to, and the whole phone call was John Fernandez constantly screaming. I don’t argue though because I know if someone is yelling that is their problem and nothing to do with me and I will not stoop to their level of immaturity. It shows the kind of person you are. Anyway, I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. This is definitely racially motivated because we are a brown family and they are trying to take advantage of my immigrant parents. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what my family and I are going through. You can not trust that the people working there have your best interest in mind. If you have any sense of morals, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DEALERSHIP. It is run by liars and scammers. Thank you.
MR ROB Williams AKA BIG DADDY is the most extraordinary, outstanding, respected man of the car lot. He went above and beyond to provide the greatest service of all to find the car of my dreams. He made my 39th birthday today the best yet. Scheduled an 8:30am appointment for an alignment, balance and tire rotation. I was told it would take 1hr 20 minutes. At 10am, Brett made a service recommendation. 10:45am I checked to see if my vehicle was ready. Later informed it would be an additional hour before they were complete. I asked why. Informed it was very busy today. Not acceptable when I have a scheduled appointment. As of 11:28am I am still waiting!!😡😡

Shout out to James Mitchell and the team at Stokes Beaufort for making an excellent car deal quick, and painless. I reached out to about a dozen dealers to source my wife’s new Odyssey, and not only did Stokes provide the best pricing, but they provided an excellent and low-pressure, no surprise experience all the way through the closing. Even though they didn’t have the exact unit I wanted in stock at the time I reached out, they sourced it in just a few days and had it ready and detailed for me when I had the time to stop in. After about 5 emails and 90 minutes at the dealer, everything was done. If every dealer worked like they did at Stokes Beaufort, the car buying experience wouldn’t be the process that most folks dread. I’m so grateful for James and the team, and should we ever need another Honda, I’ll avoid reaching out to the other 11 Honda dealers and go straight back here.

I was recently in car accident and they total loss the car. I was in a bad place because I was almost done with paying that car off. All of my vehicles have been from Stokes Honda in Beaufort and I’ve known Rob… Williams…. pretty much 10 plus years. He said keep your head up and let’s get you in something you would love again. I saw the car I wanted so him and the team was on it. David from financial, had numbers arranged and I can say I couldn’t have turned any of it down. I am known for being a loyal customer and never gave them any problems and they indeed showed their love back. I want to really personally thank Rob though, from day one he’s always been a great seller and very throrough. At first I was hesitant on starting over but I have what I want and everything went GREAT. Y’all go see Rob and tell him Princess sent yah 💜
Best car buying experience of my life. I drove hours to this dealership, specifically to work with Steve Craciola. He gave me the best deal, most pleasant to work with, family like atmosphere at the facility. From beginning to end, it felt like a red carpet service! He made this experience so fun instead of stressful. He was very efficient and thorough and even has the coolest championship belt I got to take a picture with. It made it feel like such a fun event. The staff there seemed so happy and many have been there for decades! Everyone was warm and inviting and not stuffy unlike the other dealerships I dealt with. Thank you guys!
