I scheduled an online appointment for my vehicle to be serviced for Friday, August 12, 2026. I arrived before 1230 for the appointment. I presented a coupon for my oil change and was told that the wait time would be approximately two hours. An employee dropped me off at a nail salon approximately 1.5 away from the the dealer. I had to pay an Uber to return to the dealership because no one was available to pick me up. After returning to the dealership over two hours later, there was still an additional 2.45 hours wait time before my vehicle was ready. The manufacturer coupon provided was not credited to my $366.65 balance. I was disappointed in my service experience and I hope that I was given an option to reschedule my appointment instead of waiting for close to 5 hours, not credited for my coupon, and paying an Uber for my return trip back to the dealership.
