We had a GREAT experience with Ty! I first went in by myself to get some information on the Passport and after explaining my needs and looking at the Passport and the Pilot, I felt like it was too big for me and my needs. Ty suggested the CRV, which I hadn’t even considered originally but quickly found it was the perfect size and checked all the boxes for my needs. Throughout the process he was laidback, kind, and patient. I have been to other dealers where you felt like you might be taken advantage of, especially going in by yourself as a woman, but I never felt that way with Ty. When we went back to go over final numbers he always made sure we were comfortable with the process and understood everything.
